This easy crockpot recipe is sure to impress even the grumpiest of guests! The maple marinade is delicious and beef is tender.
- 2 pound ThorneBrook Farms Eye Round Beef Roast
- 2/3 cup Rice Wine Vinegar or Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Your Favorite Wine or Sherry Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients for the marinade.
Add roast to the marinade and let sit refrigerated for 3 hours (up to overnight).
Place roast and pour marinade into crockpot. Cook for 8 hours on low or 6 hours on high.
Slice roast using a sharp knife, making sure to cut against the grain.
Arrange meat slices on a platter. Drizzle juices from crock over the meat.
