Golden Retriever Puppies

AKC Golden Retriever Puppies

Stormy and our “Golden Girls”, Penny + Olive, live here on our farm and enjoy all that life has to offer. They are given tons of room to run and thoroughly enjoy the farm life. This translates to healthy dogs which promotes healthy puppies.

Our sire, Stormy, has completed a molecular genetic analysis for six specific mutations reported to be associated with disease in golden retrievers and passed. He does not carry genetic risk for disease. He has also fully passed his OFA testing.

When is Our Next Litter?

Olive + Stormy’s 2026 Litter

Puppies’ Birthdate: August 7, 2026

WE HAVE 2 PUPPIES AVAILABLE FROM THIS LITTER!

1 MALE 1 FEMALE

October 19th Update

Both available puppies have now had two rounds of shots. Their 6 week appt and their 10 week. We are focusing on homing the male first and may release the female after that (we are considering keeping her and have not made a determination).

Notes About Our Pup House-Named Reacher (Male)

Reacher is a exceptional puppy. We have found him to be very well rounded. Easily plays with other dogs but also loves his people. He is a big boy and weighed 19.8 lbs at his 10 week appointment. We anticipate him to be in the 80-90 lb range full grown. Reacher has displayed a very smart and teachable spirit. He has taken to training well and at times is even observant while others are being trained. He will be a really good boy for a kid-free or a kid-full home since he seems to be content with either environment. Lastly, this is our last litter from Olive as she is now retired. So, he’s the last male pup from Stormy x Olive!

Green (left; male) and Silver (right; female) are available. However, we are focusing on homing our male pup first since we are considering keeping the female.

Photo of these three pups was taken October 4th. Maroon girl (Amelia) is no longer available. Reacher is available immediately. Rose may or may not come available as we are considering her for ourselves.

What to Expect

Pricing of Current Litter: $1,700 total for limited registration and $2,200 for full registration.

Pricing Clarification: Completing a form today with the intention of being on a future litter does not guarantee this current pricing for that future litter. Your final pricing will depend on which litter you agree to be on. We are making this clarification for anyone who wishes to be put on our waiting list now for future litters. So, for example, if you know you are ready to be put on the waiting list for the next litter or even the litter after that and complete our reservation form now, your final price will be whatever the current rate is at the time of that litter.

Deposit Requirement: We do require a $250 non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy (due around the time the female is proven to be pregnant).

Includes: (Limited or Full) AKC Registration Papers, Up to Date Shots + Deworming, Vet Checked, and a puppy pack with a few goodies.

When: at 8 weeks old your puppy will be ready for their new home!

I’m ready for the commitment! What do I do?

Step 1 – Complete the form on this page.

Step 2 – Pay your $250 non-refundable deposit, if it is time for that. We only ask for deposits if the dam is bred or puppies have been born. If you’re simply putting your name on our list for the next round of puppies then you can skip the deposit for now.

Step 3 – At roughly 6 weeks of age, we will arrange a puppy pickn’ day at our Cumberland, VA farm. If you cannot come on the appointed day then we can do one of two things: a) choose a puppy for you or b) when your picking spot comes up we can send you pics of available pups and you take your pick.

Step 4 – At 8 weeks of age come retrieve your puppy. The balance of payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, check, or Venmo.
